Helping and providing better support to tackle, challenge and report hate crime / incidents and discrimination on basis of disability, race and religion so that people feel safe and secure in their respective communities. Deliver one-to-one advice, guidance and support to BME and non-BME wider communities through outreach work in Swansea and Neath & Port Talbot. Provide advocacy, advice and support to challenge, report, pursue and tackle hate crime incidents and discrimination on the basis of individual’s race, religion and disability Develop partnerships with community, voluntary and statutory sector organisations and agencies and private employers and businesses to achieve the above and contribute to improved community cohesion. Organise events to raise awareness and enhance confidence amongst communities and individuals to report hate crime incidents.
