"Community Drop-ins - Fridays and Saturdays"


We organise "community drop-ins" every week for asylum-seekers and refugees, other newcomers and residents, families and people on their own. About 150 people come every week for: free refreshments, play for children (with professional play-workers in the Welcome to Play project), English learning and conversation, advice, information, table-tennis, chess and other games, and friendship. We also organise or help organise special events. And we publish refugee literature with Hafan Books.  Fridays 4pm to 7:30pm. Meals. ESOL classes. Support. Befriending. Signposting.
